360 Feedback

360 Feedback is an opportunity for employees to work with a coach to discover where fellow employees think they are awesome and where they can be even more awesome.

It is also a chance to give feedback to peers, team members, and managers. Feedback can be requested from whomever the employee chooses and can be initiated at any time – it is always on. Feedback is private between the employee and the coach, with the option to share it with the team, manager, or anyone else.
