Point of View facilitates a discussion to achieve alignment with the employee and her manager on the employee’s development and future. POV is not an evaluation model — it’s a tool that enables a conversation around career development.

The employee begins the process by answering a few multiple choice questions, which creates a recommendation of the type of development conversation the employee will have with her manager.

The manager also answers a questionnaire which similarly recommends the type of conversation to have. A 1:1 meeting is then set between the employee and manager, using the results as a guide to discuss development needs. The goal is to achieve alignment and agree on a final development goal.
